2. Let it burn for about 20–30 seconds until a small flame appears.
3. Gently blow out the flame, allowing the stick to smolder and release smoke.
4. Move the stick around your space, person, or object you wish to cleanse.
5. Place in a heat-safe dish when not actively in use.
6. Relight as needed to continue your ritual.
